The Brief

Mocktails go hand in hand with the rise of a new, healthier consumption trend. The enthusiasm around the vegan movement tends to keep consumers, who are as attentive to the content of their glass as to that of their plate, away from excessive alcohol consumption.
At the end of the Dry January, HDQuali looked at the mocktail phenomenon to bring a precise picture of the population attracted by these drinks.

The Method

A quantitative survey on the HDQuali database (300,000 people throughout France).
A random survey of current cocktail consumers throughout France.
HDQuali defined the target to be surveyed and built the questionnaire used to collect the data.
