HDQuali carried out an internal project aimed at collecting some hot insights on different current topics in order to share them later with its clients: inflation, organic products and quality labels, and fast fashion.
We set up a 3-month community, from March to May 2023, by inviting 20 participants to answer various questions and participate in activities related to each theme. For the first two themes, we offered our participants a store visit to fully immerse themselves in the topics covered. Alternating between written testimonials, videos, and other forms of participation, we used our HDBoards tool to combine diversity in the requests and relevance of the results.
