HDQuali wanted to carry out an internal project aimed at collecting some real-time insights on various current topics, particularly on organic products.
We set up a 3-month community, from March to May 2023, inviting 20 participants to answer various questions and engage in activities related to each theme. For this topic, we asked them to visit physical retail stores to immerse themselves better in the subject. Their video testimonials serve as valuable sources of spontaneous insights made possible by our HDBoards tool, which combines a variety of engagement formats and delivers relevant results.
