The Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l'Autonomie (French National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy) was to involve MAIA case managers (action methods aimed at the autonomy and home maintenance of the elderly or disabled) in training specific to this project.
Managers would first be trained in Paris and then become "relay trainers" in order to pass on the knowledge to other managers in the provinces and in the French overseas departments and territories
To answer these different questions, we had to recruit 55 people with a mix of professional social profiles, nationalities and ages, some of whom had genetic, ethnic, psychological or medical particularities.
It was also necessary to find a place that could bring together a large number of people who would rotate through different workshops.
HDQuali participated in the definition of the target, carried out the recruitment of the 55 people in a very short time by meticulously searching for all the specific profiles in order to ensure all the diversity required and by making sure of their ability to express themselves easily and efficiently on such a sensitive subject.
HDQuali also took care of the logistics of the project: finding the room, welcoming and orienting the participants, setting up until the start of the different workshops, compensating the participants.
A flawless organization with the travel of more than 100 managers in metropolitan France but also in the DOM-TOM, spread over 2 years, which was done in a fluid way.
The participants, were always perfectly informed of their trips, their places of residence, with an optimization of travel time.
They were also informed prior to their trips of the amounts of expenses from which they benefited and of the receipts to be provided, thus avoiding negotiations of reimbursement later, generating stress and discontent.
